TSTU emblem Academic Council
    Academic Council of TSTU takes a decisions and inspects their execution in compliance with a Statute of the University.

    The Academic Council's terms of reference cover forming of a university structure, consideration of social and economic and financial problems of evolution of the University, administration of teaching and educational process, consideration and confirmation of perspective plans of material and technical basis development, orientation of scientific policy and vocational guidance for educational and scientific staff.

    Election of heads of departments, deans of faculties, submission for academic status of professor and assistant of professor, coordination of the University and Faculties Councils are realized at Academic Council.
